While the title may mislead you to believe that you're entering a circus show, you are in fact about to read another edition of the Community Round-up. This week saw unimaginable things rise on our forum and on the Wild West side of the world, a PokerStrategist ran deep in the WSOP Main Event.

While being on a "boring holiday with his parents" in London, England, mbml found himself with too much free time to spend. He decided to cure his boredom by playing some live poker games in the local casinos. In order to do so, he asked other community members to help him out in finding a suitable casino.
If you plan on visiting London and playing some live games there, then his thread will serve as an excellent source of information. If you know of any other great casino which hasn't been mentioned yet, don't hesitate to share it with others.

Poker Blog of the Week
This week's blog rising above the rest comes from the hands of hlynkinn. He is no stranger to blogging, as he wrote one earlier in 2009, and for those of you who don't know him yet, he hails from Iceland. With a moment of spare time on your hands, you will quickly find out that the benefits of reading his blog are numerous.
Since most of us are probably stuck in the middle of the summer right now and clutched in saunas (formerly known as house rooms) , it is nice to read a blog of someone from Iceland for a change. Why is that so? Because saying Iceland repeatedly may lead you to believe that you're surrounded by ice and a sudden feel of cool relief will overwhelm you - the so-called country placebo effect.
If you are a fan of good music then it may be interesting to know that the author of this blog ends his every post with a music video. On top of it all, you can even find a few cool pictures of the card rooms he plays in in Iceland. As for the poker activities, while Hlynkinn primarily focuses on Sit and Go's, he is fond of venturing to the cash game tables, meaning you'll get plenty of updates from various poker frontiers.

Performances of the Week
The WSOP Main Event has a habit of laying out the biggest prize pool anywhere in the poker world and then knocking out players in the field one after another until the final nine remain to whom it has to give the largest chunks of its prize pool.
Among fellow PokerStrategists in the field was also the Swedish community member henrikx. Eventually, he became the last PokerStrategist to fall, as it took seven days for the WSOP Main Event to knock him out. He was sent to the rails in 68th place, earning $114,205 - his biggest tournament cash ever. As for other great performances by PokerStrategists this week, here are some of the most notable ones:
- sufix645 received a bounty prize on Full Tilt Poker for busting a pro
- murdoch25 won a $1.10 super SnG for $15.50 and a share of the $100,000 in PokerStars' "MicroMania Super Sit & Go"
- natrphem won $200 by finishing 3rd in a $5+$0.50 buy-in $2,500 GP Freezeout on Mansion Poker
One Million in a Year - Total Winnings (Week 48): $602,821.61
48 weeks have passed and with the $600k mark being a closed chapter in our One Million in a year challenge book, we can now look towards pushing ourselves closer to the next big one, $650k mark or perhaps even $700k. Both small and big cashes in tournaments will help our goal, so don't hesitate to keep on posting your successes in our forum thread.
