English Community Round-up
Welcome to the news round-up for the English Community. Each week, we will keep you in touch with some of the most important threads within the forum together with some of the fun posts, so that you never need to miss them.

Community round-up is your weekly source for all that happens inside
the PokerStrategy forums. If you missed something last week and you
still want to be in touch with our community, here are some of the most
important posts. This is just one of many community-related projects
being set up.
Poker, pedicures and purple font. No it's not gerv's blog, although could equally have been (only joking Gerv'y). Ok I'll give you a clue... Who says hot chicks can't blog?
Community member purplefizz's blog Who says hot chicks can't play poker? still at NL50SH is a superb read and refreshingly different from any blog you've ever seen. A great mixture of everyday life, poker and humour in every conceivable colour as long as it's purple of course. I particularly like the "winking disclaimer" 🙂
Add yourself to this blog's massive following by reading it today.
A sit and go single table tournament this week and how to handle a free play situation.
Thanks to community member sharoni87 for posting.

sharoni87: confirms "I kind of suspected he was chasing a straight draw, so I'm supposed to
give him the wrong odds to continue his chase, is pot size bet enough
each street? And how about the river? do I give up? does his shove mean he got his straight? I have no reads because it's the beginning of the tourney."
Judge chenny8888: agrees "I like it until the river" and adds "We still have a large enough stack to fold there, so I make the fold."

Would you like to be interviewed yourself one week or maybe you'd like to
nominate a fellow member who you would like to know more about? Drop me
a reply in the feedback thread and maybe your wish will come true.
We've all been there, sitting at a table and giggling at the player names, post your favourites in community member nickparkes
As always, this is your Community page and whilst I try to browse most
forum threads looking for points of interest, it's of course not
possible to cover everything. So go on, drop me some suggestions and/or
your thoughts on what you would like to appear in this Round-up news
item in the following feedback thread.
