New Software: Equilator
After the success of the Texas Grab'em hand recorder we present you another PokerStrategy tool: Equilator!
What is Equilator?
The Equilator compares the equity of hands and handranges. You can find this tool in our software area.
Most of our advanced players now might think of the already existing program PokerStove. To say it clearly: The Equilator is better than PokerStove!
Equilator provides the user with the following options:
- compare hands
Give two players the appropriate cards by clicking on the
symbol
=> Start the calculation by clicking on the button "Equilate". Community and mucked cards can be chosen in the upper right window.
symbol- Calculate a handrange considering the equity
Give at least one opponent a hand => adjust the desired equity by using this controller: (

=> Start the calculation by clicking on the button "Range Calculation".
)Save/export results
Click on "File" and choose the appropriate option.
Why is the Equilator better than PokerStove?
The Equilator has the following advantages compared to PokerStove:
- Two controller for the hand range
Now you can easily determine a calling range! - Calculate a hand range considering the equity
This function is a completely new opportunity to calculate equity and ranges.
In addition there will be some features which will make it easier for you to work with these calculations.
You can get the Equilator in our software area for free. In this area you will also find explanations for the program and its functions.
