New strategy articles
We are presenting you three new strategy articles for No Limit players. Two silver articles and our first strategy article for platinum members.
The first silver article deals with the topic "Multitabling":
"This
article is directed towards low limit players who contemplate starting
multitabling, meaning to play many tables at once. They want to
either make more money faster or produce a larger amount of raked
hands or StrategyPoints in a shorter amount of time, which is
necessary to clear most bonuses and promotions. As a beginner, never
(!) play more than 3-4 tables at a time.Since
raked hands and StrategyPoints
will proportionately rise, every player will wonder at some point,
whether it makes sense to significantly increase the number of
tables. The pros and cons will be discussed in this article."
We had a lot of discussions in the forum about this topic. Feel free to discuss this article as well:

The second silver article deals with the topic "How to calculate a potsize-raise":
"Many players have problems with raising to potsize. The many threads related to
this topic in the PokerStrategy.com forum prove this point. That is why this
article will specifically analyze this topic, and show two easy calculations,
which will help you to quickly and easily find the right amount."
Our first No Limit platinum article deals with the following topic: "Floating":
"Floating is a course of play whereby, in a raised pot, one calls the continuation bet of the pre-flop raiser, with the intention of taking the pot away from him on the turn with a bluff. The move can take place both in and out of position, but it is substantially easier to pull off in position. This article discusses the mathematical background behind the move and highlights situations in which it may be used."
