PokerStrategy.com Open Series Final Results

Find out who the big winning players and communities were in our $100,000 gtd series at PokerStars which had over $25,000 in overlays.

After more than five weeks and 62 events the inaugural PokerStrategy.com Open Series at PokerStars concluded on Saturday night with a $20,000 gtd Main Event.

Russia had already won the overall team honours, capturing 14 golds and 34 medals overall. Germany finished in second place with 10 golds and 19 medals overall.

However the player with most to smile about was 'GiletteSRB' of Serbia who won our Main Event for $4,090. Not only was this the biggest single cash of the series but it also put him to the top of the individual money rankings.

But everyone who played was a winner, because the series incurred a number of big overlays. We guaranteed $100,000 overall and paid out $25,915 in overlays.

Unfortunately our penultimate event, the $11 PLO, was cancelled due to technical reasons. We are looking into this and will provide an update on it soon.
