Reviewing the first battle and announcing the second.
After all the registrations were counted, we ended up with 28 players participating. Of these, most had to surrender before the money. TribunCaesar managed to make it the furthest.
Yesterday, the first 'Battle of the Donkeys' saw 28 participants taking up the challenge of winnning the Hundred Grand on PokerStars. Yet the cards did not seem to want to run the way the players would have liked, with only 4 contenders managing to make it into the money. The two that made it the furthest were 
TribunCaesar and 
Sebra. Yet despite his good personal finish - complete victory would not be his. Although his ITM placement gave his team the prize-pool victory SoyCD's team managed to clinch the victory in terms of best average finish.

The clear winners of the day was the community team though. Not only did the 'Rebels' manage to get 3 people ITM, they also had an average finish of 9076 which is over 2000 places better than the best admin team.
With none of the participants of the admin teams managing to qualify, and Sebra electing to stay with the rebels, we have 8 new players who have qualified for a stake:
