In order to receive your prize, it's necessary that you claim your prize. You can do so by writing a ticket to our Customer Service with "Summer Raffle" in the subject line.

Important #1: Please note that you have 14 days from the time this news is released to claim your prize. All claims made after this period can not be processed.
Important #2: Prizes that come in different colours and sizes are sent out on a "first come, first serve" basis. This means that we can not guarantee the availabilty of a certain colour or size over the 14 day-period. If your preferred size or colour is already out of stock, you will be sent a product similar to the one you ordered.
Please note that that delivery may take up to four weeks depending on your location.
