Timor83 Goes Las Vegas: WSOP Event 52
Timor83, aka Jeroen Van Londersele, is currently in Las Vegas! After winning a $13,500 package for the WSOP Main Event in a satellite, he decided to fly to Las Vegas and participate in a side event. Currently Belgium student and PokerStrategy NL SH coach, 
Timor83, is visiting the "Mecca of poker".
After finishing second in a WSOP satellite on PartyPoker, he qualified for the WSOP main event: After a long debate with other PokerStrategists in the victory thread Timor83
finally decided to swap the package: He went to Vegas, but instead of
playing the main event, he signed up for a $1.500 NL Hold 'em tourney
(Event 52). On the Raisydaisy blog, Timor83 tells you how it went and what he is currently up to!
How It All Began
Last month, Timor83 opened a thread at PokerStrategy: "If anyone's still awake: I'm currently playing a WSOP satellite on Party."
Cannell555 and 
CardBender420 were indeed: For some two hours they resisted sleep and excitedly supported Timor83's feat at the final table. Cheering for him on the thread, they were the first to congratulate him when a WSOP Main Event Package worth $13,500 was his. Over the next
couple of days, many PokerStrategists followed, expressing their good
wishes to Timor83 and asking him to keep them updated. So far he has not disappointed.
More Is Yet to Come
Although quite a lot has already happened, his travels are not yet over. He is
currently is spending his time playing cash games at the legendary Rio
and has posted some pictures in the Raisydaisy blog. For the next post, he has promised us PokerStrategists an extended up-date on what happened in the WSOP Event 52 as well as more photographs.
