Two stars, one session, infinite content!

World class players bencb and JayGatsby come together to show you how elite players think differently to everyone else on a number of topics.

Think different
In order to be successful, you often have to brake the mould!

A psychologist and professor at the University of Bremen has recently caused a bit of a buzz with assertions regarding the topic of creativity. Stating that "harmonic systems are dumb systems", his thesis is that creative solutions result from differences instead of harmonies within a given system.

That can also be applied to high-quality discussions that end in both parties being able to draw lessons from it. Good discussions are characterised by strong opinions but a mutually respectful exchange. A lack of respect only results in unnecessarily hardened fronts, while too little confrontation only leads to a lack of challenged ideas.

When two big names of the scene meet, there's naturally a lot to talk about and discuss. That's also true for bencb and JayGatsby. In their 80-minute-analysis they both deal with so many exciting hands and theories that it's virtually impossible to summarise all of them all here. Some of the highlights of the video "Hyper, Hyper Part 2" are:

  • Which bluffs belong in a c-bet range?
  • What to do when you have "too much fear of the worst case scenario"?
  • How to use "robust ranges" in heads-up?
  • At which point is it advisable to 3-barrel bluff and what are the optimal bet sizes?
  • What's the difference between high stakes and mid stakes regulars and how do they work on their game?
