Ensuring you eat well is of paramount importance when engaging in any strenuous activity. While physical sports demand careful planning of one's diet, you can be sure this is no less important when it comes to mental effort.

Particularly in poker, where long sessions are a frequent occurrence, deciding what to eat can make the difference between playing at your peak and just playing.
