€500,000 UCOP starting this Sunday at RedKings

Another big tournament series is due in May, offering a total guarantee of €500,000 and a unique racing experience in a leaderboard race.

The Universal Championship of Poker is back at RedKings and the foot is to the floor with lots of action packed tournaments across two weeks from this Sunday, May 6 until May 20.

The tournament series will feature 60 NLHE and PLO events in total, guaranteeing a combined prize pool of at least €500,000 with buy-ins ranging from €5.50 up to €320. The formats offered include standard freezeout as well a rebuy and bounty events.

The highlights of the Universal Championship of Poker include a €30,000 High Roller event on Sunday, May 20th. On the same day, the Main Event is due as well, coming with a prize pool of at least €40,000 for a buy-in of €110.

Motorsport leaderboard experience

Additionally, a leaderboard will run across all events with €5,000 in cash prizes and one ultimate motorsport prize for the winner.

The player in Pole Position on the leaderboard will head to the UK with a friend to experience racing some of the most exciting cars around, including a Palmer Jaguar and Caterham Seven, taking the supercars to the track to compete against one another.

Leaderboard points can be earned by playing as many UCOP events as possible and will be calculated based on a formula taking into account buy-in, number of entrants, final position, and a final table bonus.
