888poker announces the God of the Arena series
An exciting progressive knockout series is coming to 888poker and players can qualify for the $1,000,000 Main Event for a fraction of the cost.
888poker announced their next tournament series this week, coming to the screens of players at the popular room in just a few weeks next month.
From October 11 to 14, the God of the Arena series will offer a total guaranteed prize pool of almost $1.4 million that will be dished out in 12 progressive knockout tourneys.
Highlight of the series is going to be the Main Event on October 14 at 18:00 GMT, coming with a buy-in of just $55 while still guaranteeing at least $1,000,000 to participating players. Additionally, there will also be a $100,000 GTD event on the same day with a buy-in of $320.
Players have the chance to qualify for the Main Event for a fraction of the cost by completing a simple challenge: Knock out 2 players in any MTT or SNG (no Blast or Heads-up) with a buy-in of $1 or more to get a Main Event qualifier ticket, running daily at 20:00 GMT all the way through October 13.
