Â
A hand is counted as a 'raked hand' if a player participated in a hand
in which there was a pot large enough for rake to be taken. A player
counts as having participated in a hand if he was dealt cards. A pot is
raked if it exceeds $1 in size and if a flop was seen. If there was no
flop, then no rake is taken, and therefore the hand is also not counted
as 'raked'.
Participating in this Rake Race is quite simple: all you need is an account on Cake Poker which is tracked through PokerStrategy and you're good to go. The 15 players who play the most raked hands between 00:00 GMT on March 6 and 24:00 on March 22 are rewarded.
The Cake Poker Race takes place exclusively for PokerStrategy players!
- Period: March 6, 01:00 CET - March 23, 01:00 CET
- Platform: Cake Poker
- Registration: Not necessary - a Cake Poker account created through PokerStrategy is all you need
- Prize money: $10,000
- Ranking: the criterion for the ranking is the amount of raked hands played during the period of the Cake Poker Race
