Support for Hold'em Manager 1 ends on April 30
Updates and technical support for the HM1 will stop at the end of the month - upgrade before April 30 to net a 40% discount!
Implications for users?
Hold'em Manager 1 users will still be able to log in and use their software but vital features such as the HUD and hand importing will be severely disrupted when poker sites begin to release new updates or game types.
The team at Hold'em Manager cannot predict how long it will take for poker rooms to start updating, but advise users that when updates do take place - because of the absence of support after April - their impact on HM1's features will be significant.
Why is support ending?
The Hold'em Manager team have come to this decision because they believe the time has arrived for them to invest their resources toward supporting more recent technologies.
The majority of Hold'em Manager users have already upgraded to HM2, which further emphasises the importance of their decision.
Staying supported
In order to remain supported as a Hold'em Manager user, you can either upgrade to HM2 or extend your free trial.
Up until April 30th, there is a 40% upgrade discount available and Hold'em Manager will also authorise a new HM2 free one month trial if yours has already expired.
