TOP250 November: Halftime
At the midpoint of the current TOP250 promotion, RiF increases his point lead even further. mStar and leechy have picked up the pursuit.
RiF is still far ahead. If he keeps up the pace, he'll really pass the seemingly unsurmountable mark of 200,000 StrategyPoints this month and break his own record of 186,906 StrategyPoints.
His biggest opponent, DuneBuggy, is obviously on his obligatory break this month, after winning the TOP250 promotion and the prize money of $10,000 for the fourth time in October.
mStar991 is still on rank 2, but he will have to take giant leaps to still catch RiF. However, nothing is impossible. The previous promotions have shown that PokerStrategists are always able to come up with a surprise.
leechy is also on the fast lane. At the previous ranking update, he still trailed rank 2 by about 4,000 StrategyPoints. Meanwhile, it's less than 1,000 points.
The PokerStrategists on the rank 4 to 10 aren't lazy either and have increased their point counts considerably since the previous ranking. F3rt is a fresh face in the TOP 10 (rank 8). Holger1986 and WolleMalone are also still present in the TOP 10 ranking, with WolleMalone currently being on rank 10. However, he only lacks 109 StrategyPoints to catch up with garandou.
Nonetheless, we're only at the halftime, and a lot can still happen before the next winner of the TOP250 promotion and the prize money of $10,000 will be announced.
We regret the delay of the TOP250 promotion updates so far, which was caused by data which was missing from some affiliated platforms! However, we are now carrying out our regular updates, regardless of these circumstances.
In this case, the current state is from November 16th 2008. Delayed are: PokerStars and Betfair (State: Nov. 15th for both), as well as Everest Poker (State: Nov. 13th).
We always try to acquire the missing data as quickly as possible, however there are problems at times on the side of the poker platforms. Of course, we will notify you in the future about existing gaps in the ranking updates if necessary.
From January to November, we will have given away over one million dollars in bonuses to our top players. To be precise: $1,040,000! The top finisher of this month will, as usual, receive a $10,000 bonus. We wish every PokerStrategist good luck and a successful month!
