TOP250 October: The Legend Lives!
Things are heating up: DuneBuggy lives up to his reputation, DrAction is just below the 100,000 points mark, and new faces are joining the TOP10.
The legend says that 
DuneBuggy only defends his title every second month, battling it out for the prize money of $10,000. Accordingly, the three-time winner of the promotion is on top with 136,822 StrategyPoints.
However, two-time winner RiF is also doing very well in the race and isn't giving DuneBuggy a break. Last month, RiF showed that he is capable of achieving awe-inspiring performances with his record of 186,906 StrategyPoints. If DuneBuggy wants to beat this record, he will have to hurry...
DrAction is also on the fast lane and is currently defending his position successfully.
Furthermore, with 98,267 StrategyPoints he is just about to cross the 100,000 StrategyPoint mark.
On ranks 4 to 10, the PokerStrategists are in a neck-and-neck race: The Russian community member DrunkMaster climbed from rank 9 to rank 5. Currently, he is only lacking 1,000 StrategyPoints befire he catches mStar991 on rank 4. However, the mysterious garandou dropped from rank 4 to rank 7.
New players have also shown up in the TOP10, namely VivaLT on rank 9 and CoJSchnicker on rank 10.
The latest TOP250 promotions have proven that a lot can still change before the end. So it will be exciting to see which surprises the old and new names still have for us in the competition for this month's prize money of $10,000!
We regret the delay of the TOP250 promotion updates so far, which was caused by data which was missing from some affiliated platforms! However, we will now carry out regular updates, regardless of these circumstances.
In this case, the current state is from October 26th 2008. Delayed are: PokerStars (State: Oct. 25th), PokerKings (State: Oct. 24th) Unibet Poker and Ladbrokespoker (both's state: Oct. 23rd).
We always try to acquire the missing data as quickly as possible, however there are problems at times on the side of the poker platforms. Of course, we will also notify you in the future about existing gaps in the ranking updates if necessary.
From January to October, we will have given away almost one million dollars in bonuses to our top players. To be precise: It's $940,000! The top finisher of October will, as usual, receive a $10,000 bonus. We wish every PokerStrategist good luck and a successful month!
