PokerStars announce High Roller Online Series
Reacting to demand from the nosebleed fraternity, PokerStars have just announced a nine-day series exclusively for high buy-in tournaments.
Between November 26-December 4 the site will host 22 tournaments with buy-ins between $1,050 and $10,300, in No Limit and PLO formats.
The biggest event is curiously a $10,300 Progressive KO event with a $1 million guarantee and the bounty starting at $2,500 and $5,000 of each buy-in added to the progressive bounty pool.
The Main Event is $2,100 to enter, two days long and features a $2 million guarantee.
