$1m Sunday Storm to award $100,000 to the winner

PokerStars Sunday Storm is on its way and is celebrating its 6th Anniversary which means a tripled guarantee and $100,000 for the winner.

One of the most popular weekly tourneys hosted by PokerStars, during its six years in play, the Sunday Storm has attracted 1.2 million players thanks to its low cost, high paying structure.

Now, to celebrate its sixth anniversary, PokerStars have put up a $1m guarantee, a prize pool almost three times higher than normal.

The tournament, which only has a $11 buy-in, will play out on March 19 at 13:00 ET, and will now award the first-place finisher with $100,000. It is a re-entry event too so, should you bust, you can buy your way back into the game so long as you do it before registration closes.

The Sunday Storm can also be accessed by special $1.10 satellites which will be held on March 19th at 10 AM, 12:15 PM and 1 PM ET. In addition to the above specials, regular Storm Satellites and Sit & Go Shootout satellites are running now and available from 6 StarsCoin.
