Five remain in the Main Event
The biggest event of the year concludes for the evening as five hopefuls survive in the WSOP Main Event, including a PokerStrategist.
He may have been the most talked about November Niner this year after his much publicised hand against William Kassouf, but Griffin Benger was one of four players eliminated from the final table last night.
Along with Kenny Hallaert, Jerry Wong and Fernando Pons, they will all be watching from the sidelines having not won a huge amount more (relatively) home than the $1 million they left Vegas with in July.
The man to watch is without doubt relative unknown Qui Nguyen, who surged ahead on the first day of the final to end play with more than twice the chips of the next man, that being the man who started as chipleader Cliff 'JohnnyBax' Josephy.
Gordon Vayo and Michael Ruane are also still in the mix but right now we have to pay lip service to PokerStrategist Vojtech '' Ruzicka who, with 62,250,000 chips is essentially sharing second place with Josephy and looking very strong going into the second day of the finale.

The second day of the final table will be broadcast this evening on ESPN and ESPN 2 worldwide at 16:30 PT, as well as at WSOP.com where you can also read the live updates. The final day will be tomorrow where they will play down to a winner.
