The CoinPoker High Stakes Cash Game World Championships are now in full flow and we are seeing some big names enter the fray.
None of them much bigger than Linus "LLinusLLove" Loeliger, regarded by some as the best online cash game player in the world. He played 2,000 hands yesterday and ended the day in the middle of the pack.
If you are a railbird, he tends to play more in the mornings for these games.
Another player tipped for big things is the previous winner of this series Owen "PR0DIGY" Messere. He is already the recipient of one five-figure Rolex but he has an uphill battle to retain his championship title, as he starts his title defence down $8k in $EV after 700 hands.
DavyJones922 takes a commanding lead
Riggedeck continues to be the high-volume grinder of the series and already has almost 4,000 hands under his belt. Sadly for him, he is down over $30k in both $EV and real money, so he has a lot of work to do.
The Daddy of them all, so far, is online cash star DavyJones922, who has taken a commanding lead with $66k in $EV and almost $50k in real money after 1,500 hands. He is almost three times further ahead than his next best rival Schyllae.
