He's currently putting together his latest Weekly Rant about Howard Lederer, but while he's adding the final touches of vitriol to the video blog, Daniel Negreanu has been expressing his opinions via Twitter.
Following the release of more contradictory evidence to that presented by Howard Lederer, Daniel shared Todd Terry's disbelief at Lederer not being indicted.
According to Daniel: "The more research you do, the more obvious it becomes that justice will only be served if Howard Lederer goes to prison".
At present Howard is only facing civil charges for his part in the Full Tilt case. In contrast, Ray Bitar is facing criminal charges and the prospect of life in prison if found guilty of various crimes, including defrauding poker players.
However, when speaking to Card Player, Todd Terry – a former criminal defence attorney – suggested that mounting evidence, plus the possibility that "Ray will start cooperating and give the feds evidence" about Howard, may cause the DOJ to alter their civil suit.
Williams is magic
Before David Williams became a super cool poker pro he was a slightly more geeky Magic: The Gathering player.
Having honed a range of skills in the strategy-based card game that he eventually transferred to the poker table, David returned to his roots this weekend at the San Jose Magic Gran Prix.
After 571 teams descended on San Jose for the event, David – accompanied by Matt Sperling and Paul Rietzl – overcame the field and lifted the trophy after defeating Maksym Gryn, Lucas Siow and Jamie Naylor in the final.
While David didn’t win nearly as much as he usually does at the poker table ($6,000 between the three of them), the victory is no less sweet as David’s smile after the event shows.

The Final Table
The WSOP Main Event finale is looming large on the horizon and, in the run up to the biggest poker showdown of the year, Jason Somerville has been working with Russell Thomas to help improve his chances of success.
Thomas will start the final table in 4th place but will be looking to swipe some chips from the tournament's current leader, Jesse Sylvia.
To document his route to potential poker immortality, Russell and Jason have produced a series of videos highlighting their training entitled: The Final Table.
The first two episodes have already been released (you can check out episode one in yesterday's Daily Rewind) and Jason has been telling his Twitter fans about the project over the weekend.

Sam "tr1cky7" Trickett continued his assault on the online poker world yesterday after another profitable day.
Having recently retaken to the virtual felt, Sam has enjoyed a lot of success and in the last 24 hours he banked another $151,360.
Playing 2,268 hands of high stakes PLO, Sam managed to win over $50,000 more than his closest rival Ronny "1-ronnyr3" Kaiser ($95,766).
Not faring so well on a relatively tame Sunday of action was "patpatman" (-$129,877), Phil "MrSweets28" Galfond (-$103,660) and "1Il|1Il|1il|" (-$94,131).
