Final Table for Event 50 set

The final table of the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha tournament (Event 50) has been determined. Brandon Moran will return to the final table as chip leader where he will be joined by Michael Mizrachi and Marty Smyth amongst others. Best German was Eddy Scharf.

Increasing Number of Participants

Omaha and especially Pot-Limit Omaha are enjoying an increase in popularity, which was also seen at the higher number of participants for the event. With 381 players, the number of participants increased by 67 since last year. The prize pool sums up to $3,581,400, of which the winner will receive $859,532. 36 places will be paid.

Many Pros at the Tables

Amongst the starters were again many pros. Dario Minieri, Mike Matusow, Roland de Wolfe, Howard Lederer, Sorel
Mizzi, Humberto Brenes, Max Pescatori, John Juanda, Eli Elezra, Chris
Ferguson, David Benyamine, Marcel Luske and Erick Lindgren participated amongst others.

German Participants

From Germany, Jan von Halle, Soraya Homam, Eddy
Scharf and Sasa Biorac stepped up. Eddy Scharf managed the best result. With rank 17 he had to bow out shortly before the final table.

The Final Table

Moran will return to the final table as chip leader with 1,450,000 chips. Closely behind are Michael Mizrachi (1,300,000),
Marty Smyth (1,200,000) and Kido Pham (1,100,000).
