It's not uncommon to see players making fun of Phil Hellmuth at the table in an attempt to tilt him, but it is a surprise to see the Poker Brat take it in good humour. Phil isn't exactly behaving like a saint in this new video, but he does seem to take the momentum out of his opponent by making fun of himself:

Major Daily Fantasy Sports merger?

We are hearing more and more about potential mergers between major poker operators and now the same is happening in Daily Fantasy Sports. In the absence of online poker in much of the US a lot of American poker players have really taken to this game. 

This week the relatively new industry is abuzz with the news that the two biggest DFS sites - DraftKings and FanDuel - are in merger talks, with the DraftKings CEO Jason Robins looking set to be in charge of the combined brand. 

Given that the industry is facing the same regulatory issues as poker in the States, it appears that the two companies think joining forces is the best way to fight for the legality of Daily Fantasy Sports.
