MILLIONS Online will be a freezeout this year
No more re-entries in any of the MILLIONS events this year, whether live or online, as the partypoker Live schedule has been released.
After a dominant 2018, partypoker Live has announced its 2019 schedule and confirmed what was rumoured last year, that all the MILLIONS Main Events will be freezeouts.
Each festival will be seven days only, each Main Event will be a buy-in of 10,000 in the local currency, and each Main Event will have a single starting day with a reduced late registration period.
There will only be one MILLIONS trophy this year, which travels to each stop and has the winner's name etched in it.

MILLIONS Online returns
Two notable dates missing from the schedule this year are the UK event at Dusk Till Dawn and the Sochi event.
It would appear that MILLIONS Online will be returning, but perhaps not at the remarkable $20 million guarantee it offered last year. It has also been confirmed as a freezeout this time, but further details have not been released yet.
John Duthie, president of partypoker LIVE said: “Our MILLIONS Season 2 tour has been very successful, however we pride ourselves on listening to player feedback and continually improving our offering to ensure we provide the best live tour in the world."
This also validates (in less than a week) this writer's prediction we would see more freezeouts in 2019 and that MILLIONS Online would be one of them.
Online satellites have started for the first event in Brazil, and as always PPL dollars can be used for all of these tournaments.
