Michael Mizrachi wins WSOP Main Event
The stuff of fairytales as 'The Grinder' wins the PPC and the Main Event in the same year, followed by an automatic induction into the Poker Hall of Fame.
In what may be the most memorable final table in WSOP Main Event history, Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi, is the 2025 World Champion.
He has already made the WSOP Main Event final table once before, and famously has won the Poker Players Championship four times, including this year.
That means he has pulled off the greatest double in poker history, the PPC and the Main Event, the two most prestigious bracelet events in poker, in the same year.
In what was perhaps the most fairytale moment of them all, he was given a surprise automatic induction into the Poker Hall of Fame for this remarkable feat.

The only thing that evaded him was the WSOP Player of the Year title, which he narrowly missed out on. He has, however, moved into 1st place on the PGT Leaderboard.
The 2025 WSOP Main Event final table was already historic after the first female player in 30 years. Leo Margets had to settle for 7th and $1,500,000, but can be proud of inspiring women's poker in one of the largest Main Events of all time.
The $10 million win takes Mizrachi's lifetime Hendon Mob earnings up to $29,013,562. He now holds two World Poker Tour titles and eight WSOP bracelets, as well as a place in poker history that will not be replicated.
