13 players have officially confirmed for the $1 million Big One for One Drop with even more expressing their interest to play.
Jason Koon is the latest Super High Roller to confirm he will be playing in the event, which this year has no player cap.
Aleksejs Ponakovs, Artur Martirosyan, Orpen Kisacikoglu and Santhosh Suvarna have all also confirmed in the last week, each one of them will be making their One Drop debut.
Many other big names appear to be playing, after confirming their intention to play by selling action to the event. Fedor Holz, Rampage, Alex Foxen and Dan Smith have all made public staking offers to the event.
By our count, at least 19 players have essentially confirmed they will be playing with a month left to go before the event. All signs point to this one being a record breaker.

Back after five years
The $1 million buy-in tournament returns this year as a World Poker Tour event rather than a World Series of Poker bracelet event. It is part of the WPT World Championship and takes place between December 18-20.
Six percent of each buy-in will directly benefit the One Drop Foundation to continue its mission of ensuring sustainable access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene for communities facing extreme challenges, and one percent will be held as the house fee.
