PartyPoker Nations Cup Heat C & D

The second day in Cardiff was another great day for the English competitors. They maintained their lead and the poker professional from Wolverhampton, Surinder Sunar even got another first place in.

English Qualifier Francis Durban made his way to the poker table today. Unfortunately he wasn't able to match yesterday's great 1st and 2nd place results. Daan Ruiter had a great day and by winning the first heat The Netherlands rose to the first place, with England trailing by 4 points. Because Swedish Bo Sehlstedt was eliminated first in Heat C, the 4th heat would only be between England and The Netherlands.

In the second heat of the day, Surinder Sunar once again showed he is not to be underestimated. Although the master of calmness isn't as active in poker as he used to be, he has shown that he is still a serious force to be reckoned with by winning today's final heat.

Because Dutch Thierry van den Berg came in fourth, England still has quite a lead over the number two, The Netherlands.
