Pleno1 wins 2nd WCOOP title

For the second year in a row our very own Patrick Leonard is a WCOOP champion.

Once again Pleno1 is back in the winner's circle. Shortly after a six-figure score in Barcelona he finds himself a WCOOP champion for a second time. 

He won his first WCOOP event this time last year and last week he won Event #65 $700 NLHE Ultra Deep for $162,054.98.

There were 1,061 entries and 544 re-entries in this event which more than doubled the $500,000 guarantee. Our champion re-entered twice on his way to victory. 

This was clearly a tough event because of the 'Ultra Deep' nature of it, which no doubt suited Patrick's cash game schools. Proving how tough it was, just missing the final table were Ben Tollerene and Mike McDonald.
