The PokerStars.com Caribbean Adventure is set to start, bringing you a total of 48 events of all shapes and sizes. The PCA starts on the 6th of January and runs for 10 days, while the $10,300 Main Event is taking place between the 8th and 15th of January.

PokerStars is ready to launch this year's PCA, and many poker fans are already on their way to the Atlantis Resort and Casino in Bahamas. The event series will be comprised of almost 50 tournaments with buy-ins of all sizes.
Besides the $10,300 Main Event, which will start on the 8th of January, the PCA brings many other tournaments such as the $100,000 buy-in Super High Roller event, the $5,250 buy-in Heads-up Championship, the invitational World Cup of Poker and more.
The 2010 PCA was the largest to date, with 50 events spread across 10 days. 19 year old American player Harrison Gimbel managed to outlast a field of 1,529 participants to win the Main Event trophy and a cash prize of $2.2 million. William Reynolds was the one to take down the High Roller event, cashing $576,240 for his accomplishments.
