Negreanu makes WSOPC final table
He may have just fallen agonisingly short of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event November Nine, but Daniel Negreanu certainly isn't one to wallow in self pity.
He's jumped right back on the horse at the WSOP Circuit National Championship with yet another deep run, and this time he's made the final table promise land.
The Canadian currently sits third in chips behind only Darryll Fish and current leader Loni Harwood with just seven players remaining.
Nearly $350,000 in cash is awaiting the winner, but Negreanu will likely be more interested in extending his lead at the summit of poker's all-time money leaderboard.
Baby boy Ziigmund

Finnish high stakes maverick and legend of the game Ilari 'Ziigmund' Sahamies has announced via social media that he's set to become a father for the first time.
The news filtered out yesterday evening when Sahamies posted a picture of partner Elina Alanne showing off her baby bump with the characteristally hilarious caption:
"Doctor tells me there is an apparent penis and testicles. I screamed 'camoooon' once went to the ladies. It's a boy!"
