PokerStars.com Caribbean Adventure: ChessmasterD One Step Closer to Final Table
Day 4 of the PokerStars.com Caribbean Adventure had 62 starters. Among them were PokerNoob, Morgoth and ChessmasterD. By the end of the day, only ChessmasterD moved one step closer to the final table, as he will return on Day 5 with the 14th largest stack in the field.

Play on Day 4 would continue until the last 24 players were left standing. was the first of the two PokerStrategists to wave goodbye to the tournament field.
He slowly chipped down and seemed frustrated about not getting any cards. He managed to win a hand with A-Qo, but it was just the blinds he swept up. When the blinds bumped up again, to 10,000 – 20,000 with a 3,000 ante, Morgoth was left with just 7 big blinds. He shipped it all-in with Q-To and got called by A-7s. With no lifeline left for Morgoth he was out in 51st place. The young Team PokerStars Pro managed to cash $45,000 for his efforts.
PokerNoob out in 46th place
For 
PokerNoob (pictured right), the day started out well. He won some medium sized pots and was slowly climbing up from 710,000 to about 850,000. Then, in the second stage of the day, he opened from the small blind with A-To.
The big blind double checked his cards and announced an all-in. A firm "call" came from PokerNoob's mouth and he saw he was up against K-Qo. An ace on the flop brought him some comfort and a blank turn and river sealed the deal. PokerNoob was up to 1.1 million.
In the very next round, PokerNoob briefly clashed with EPT founder John Duthy.After calling from the big blind, PokerNoob led the flop and got Duthy to fold for a small pot. But it was in the next orbit where PokerNoob's run came to an end against the very same John Duthy, in this hand:

Not all PokerStrategists were eliminated today.chessmasterd (pictured right) saw himself into Day 5 with a 1.35 million stack, with the stack average standing at 1,900,000. The blinds on Day 5 will be at 20,000 –40,000 with a running ante of 4,000.
ChessmasterD's biggest hand of the day was when he flopped a set of fours after calling an UTG open. The flop came 
and the UTG aggressor just check-called. The turn blanked a 5 and UTG check-called again. On the river came 
,ChessmasterD had already jacked up the pot to one million. Once more opponent checked him and he fired out another 500,000 bet. UTG called fairly quickly and then mucked. After this hand ChessmasterD's stack was well over 2 million in chips.
Before the day came to an end, he unwillingly gave away some of his chips in a hand vs the seemingly unstoppable chip leader, Ryan D’Angelo. ChessmasterD bumped it up to 100,000 UTG and got a call from Ryan in the big blind. The flop came 
and Ryan check-raised ChessmasterD’s bet of 125,000 to 310,000. ChessmasterD called. The turn card was a 
and Ryan led out for 500,000.ChessmasterD put in 500,000 to make the call. The river was a 
and action was checked around the table. Ryan was the first to show and tabled 
which was enough to win the hand.
ChessmasterD concluded Day 4 with 1,35 million in chips, which puts him in 14th place in chips.
