Tom Dwan wins first ever live tournament
A delighted looking durrrr captured his first live tournament trophy in the Triton Series PLO High Roller.

Tom Dwan may have a high stakes resume that is beyond dispute, including $5,572,546 in live tournament earnings on top of his cash game acumen, but there was one thing missing until now - a trophy.
Despite being a household name in poker for almost 20 years he had never won a live poker tournament. That changed last night when he won the €25,000 PLO event at the Triton Poker Series stop in Madrid.
He defeated Jeremy Ausmus heads-up for the title and the €290,000 first prize. He also made one of the best winner pictures of all time, looking thoroughly shocked at what he was holding.
It was only 25 runners, but they were amongst the best 25 players in the world so it is still an impressive victory.
