WPT Bratislava: Tsubi Moves on to Day 3, Blasko is new chip leader
Day 2 of WPT Bratislava comes to a close as Team PokerStrategy.com member Tsubi rolls into Day 3. Marek Blasko emerges as the new massive chip leader eliminating Team PokerStars Pro Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier in the process.

Only 32 players remain as WPT Bratislava barrels into Day 3. Team PokerStrategy.com member Tsubi is still alive and well finishing the day in 23rd place and a stack of 88,000. Tsubi won a hand early in the day that helped him catapult to his chip climax for the day.
Tsubi made a raise to 1,225, Arnaud Mattern three-bet Tsubi to 4,100, and Tsubi made the call. The flop came J-J-Q. Mattern bet 3,500 and Tsubi called. The turn showed another Q. Mattern checked, Tsubi bet 7,500 and Mattern made the call. The river was a 3. Mattern checked, Tsubi made an all-in overbet, and Mattern eventually made the call. Tsubi turned over K-Q for the full house and the win, ending the hand with 108k in chips.
Tsubi will have his work cut when he tries to take aim at the chip leader. Marek Blasko closed the day with a massive stack of 903,500 which nearly doubles Mayu Roca's 481,500. Blasko added some chips to his enormous stack by knocking out Day 1 chip leader Bertrand 'ElkY' Grospellier.
Blasko made a button raise to 7,000 with J-7, and ElkY went all in for 49,300. Blasko made the call with his less than mediocre hand with ElkY flipping over A-K. The flop showed a J and ElkY was unable to catch up giving the hand to Blasko with his pair of jacks. ElkY was eliminated from WPT Bratislava.
