News: durrrr Challenge: Antonius Stuck By Over $900k

Patrik Antonius may be the biggest winner in overall for this year, but his battle with Tom "durrrr" Dwan in the durrrr Challenge is going in a different direction. After nearly 30,000 hands, Antonius is down by over $900,000.

Patrik Antonius (pictured right) is currently the biggest
winner for 2009 with a profit of over $9 million. He has been in the
lead for quite a while now, rising steadily throughout the year.

Meanwhile, Tom "durrrr" Dwan is the second biggest loser of the year,
down by $5.5 million. However, durrrr is doing quite well in the durrrr
Challenge, as he has extended his lead in the latest session against
Antonius.

durrrr edging towards $1 million lead

The two played for seven hours on Tuesday and after nearly 2,000 hands,
it was durrrr (pictured right) who left the tables up by $225k. When added to his
overall winnings in the challenge, durrr is now ahead of Antonius by
$937k.

A total of 29,764 hands has been played thus far and should they find
time to play more often, we may very well soon see the end of this
