Hi everyone,

It's awesome how many people have read this guide so far - almost 100k in the EN community, and almost 4k in the Netherlands community as well.

To be honest, when I started writing this guide, I had no idea that it would turn out to be this successful. I had no idea that anyone would even want to read eat! But I did end up writing that first post, and the feedback from you guys has motivated me to finish it.

I tried writing the SYP blog as a continuation of this guide which some of you might have read, which was an interesting experiment, but it didn't go so well, simply because it was targeted at non-poker players. Truth is, I want to help you guys. I know that a lot of you have taken action to change your lives and I want to help you get on that next level.

But I don't want to do this alone this time. Over the last couple of months, I have cooperated very closely with Erik Stenqvist. We did a lot of free webinars together for Pokerstrategy, we participated in the boot camps, we coached together and even developed a group coaching program. Now, we decided to also start a blog together.

Through this blog, you will get access to some of our best materials for free, as we do want to help you guys improve as much as possible.

It's been a while since I've finished this guide, and since December I've been working on something similar to it, with a different perspective.

Instead of going wide into a subject such as productivity, I went deep into the subject of motivation and wrote something that I believe is the most complete guide to motivation in both poker and life.

With over 20 chapters and more than 11.000 words, it's also the most extensive guide I've written after this guide.

This guide will only be available here on the pokerstrategy forums, because I want to give back to the community that has given me so much over the last few years.
