I think most people cbet to much, so on flop i raise to get him to fold air. guess this part is still ok, although maybe just calling might be option too
on the turn I am betting, but I realize later that it probably would have been better to check behind, as he will not fold out worse often enough. Or could he could he have called my flop raise with hands like J9 or random overs who are folding to this bet?
river sizing is prob not ideal, maybe under half pot would have been better to try and get call from Qx?

He should still have plenty of hands worse than top pair that will checkfold the turn. He might sometimes checkfold toppair too.
