Resetting Your Mind
"As a bad run wears on, having to deal with more tilt-inducing stuff (triggers) also wears on your mind. When the frequency of your triggers is typical your mind can reset after a good night`s sleep, a night out with friends, or a good workout. Unfortunately, when tilt keeps building up day after day it becomes harder and harder for you to show up to play with a clear mind. The tilt from the day before lingers and makes it more likely to tilt again. Whereas previously it may have taken five or more bad beats to make you just slightly frustrated before, just one now sends you on the edge of tilt, and two throws you completely over.
The reason you accumulate this extra anger is because your brain has too much of it to difigest, The extra anger weighs on your mind and eventually force you to stop playing poker n order to clear out the extra anger that cant process fast enough on its own.
