12:09... I am watching it without sound.
Against good player i would consider folding. Because my range now from his point of view is something like AK,AQ,KQ, 88 + few random 3bet bluffs preflop with air.
If he had set of 77, 99 or AA, AK and he put me on this range all in value bet is the best play because of K in the river i eather got it or not and i wouldnt pay anything with 88 or alse from my range.

And also his range should be very tigt. Basically pairs. And it doesnt make sends make this move with TT-QQ or 66.
    But unknown player call :)

Is $30's are always like this? Looks like a bit crazy :)

    Great stuff! Few questions:

around 13:20, 3betting 99: what do you think about a slightly bigger sizing?

@15:00 (87o) would you cbet every single board?

@19:00 (k9o, when ysou talk about MR vs push), with what range would you minraise/call against the blinds? Do you have a shoverange?
If you were in the BBs spot, what would you resteal against Hero?

    Many thanks!

25:56 actually I don't think this is a good spot to shove, because, as you mention seconds later, hero makes the villains' stacks even and by that should be able to increase his FE even more for the next hands. What does the nash calculator suggest?

#2 Erikk17: Nice comments, I go through his range a lot in the video if you're able to check it out with sound :) I agree though that the situation is very different against a reg.
  • CollinMoshman

#4 Nighma: I find a big difference between the $30s and $60s. There are plenty of regs in the $30s but they're usually decent games, whereas the $60s often fill with almost entirely regs.

    #5 Akrammon: Thanks:

99: If we were deeper I'd 3bet bigger, under 30bb effective though I'd rarely 3bet more than 2.5x.

87o: Yes, I think we'll show an immediate profit on the cbet even on unfavorable textures.

K9o: Openshoving is the far superior strategy over MR'ing against competent players. If I'm MR'ing it's because I think the blinds are tight/passive/exploitable, in which case I'd call a much tighter range than Nash, possibly 77/AJ.

#6 Madein1984: I think he will often enough in the small blind that it doesn't matter as much that the stacks are unequal. I would look to exploitively shove ATC from all positions as long as they let me.

    #7 Oger88: Thanks!

    #8 Wiarygodny: Appreciate that!

    3 simple questions for Collin:
What is the software you use in many of ur videos showing if we can resteal or sth?
    How can I get it?
    How much it cost?
    Thank you
  • CollinMoshman

#14 Noobandy: It's the Holdem Resources downloadable calculator available at holdemresources.net for $79 IIRC.

    Thanks for the great video!

As I don't remember bubble Nash ranges that well, I normally shove ATC BvB under ~12 bb effective if first in, unless we're both significantly deeper than the other opponents (that's when I tighten up), or the BB defends way too tight against a 2.5x.

The thing is that shoving ATC instead of a 60%+ range is usually a small ICM equity mistake (and even smaller vs tight callers), whereas not shoving in an ATC spot (like Hero twice with 32o) is often a big one. Is my rule of thumb OK?

Oops, I forgot that the video was posted in January *2013*, lol, I ask via other channels then.
