    thanks for the vid

    this seemed easier than the first video - could concentrate much better, but those shoulders need training if I should be able to hold my hands lifted in front of me for so long :)

    #3 Yeah that happens sometimes that this comes easier. You can just rest your hands in your lap when you get used to doing the exercise. It's a bit harder to feel the inner body in the beginning because of the external sensation of touch. :)

    it would be nice if you release more of those guided meditation stuff. Your voice etc really calms me down =)
