    Thank you Erik for a great series. I was quite sceptic at first thinking it was a little to dopey for my taste but decided to give your minfulness video a try. I find that doing that exercise before doing any type of mental work has made my focus so much better. Especially before a poker session. Have had a little downswing the first quarter of the year and some of it thanks to tilt and lack of focus. This series has really helped me to find my A-game again. If i start to tilt i can just pause the session and do your exercises again to find the focus again.

    If you are a sceptic like I was try the exercises for a week before you judge.
