Now is the best time to start a Bankroll Challenge

Be like so many of our members who have achieved their goals this year by starting a 2026 Bankroll Challenge. Plus, we have some details on new prizes in 2026.

Did 2025 not go quite as well as you would have wanted at the poker tables? Maybe it's time to start a Bankroll Challenge. 

In the Bankroll Challenge, you keep and update a regular poker blog in our forum detailing your goals, successes, failures, study and also social stuff. If you are consistent with it, not only will you improve as a player, but you could also win prizes. 

Our Bankroll Challengers have all said the process of keeping a blog where other poker players are watching forces them to be more accountable to their goals. 

Players like mantelo , our Bankroll Challenge MVP, who has been blogging for years and had all kinds of poker success (including a $3,200 bounty pull this month). He is a big advocate of blogging to help achieve many lofty goals. 

Or tak3r who has just recently made the switch from cash games to MTTs and is enjoying the transition, having recently won his first tournament. 

2026 Challenge Updates

In 2026, we will be making some changes. Reports are due monthly, starting from January 5 (so you can enjoy the holiday period).

There will be four quarterly raffles of $150 in CoinPoker credits, which you will be eligible for if you have reported in all three quarters' reports (the first one being December, January and February).

In December 2026, there will be a final raffle prize of $500 for anyone who has reported 10 out of the 12 months of the year, which will reward consistency while also giving everyone some leeway. The prize pool distributions for the final $500 will be announced later.
