The Poker Olympics: Which Pros Take the Gold?

Now that London 2012 has concluded, we know that the USA, China and Great Britain racked up the most medals. But if we held a Poker Olympics, which players would be competing in which events - and how would they get on?

Medal chances: Good. The G certainly has the endurance and force of will (known in athletic circles as 'heart' and 'commitment') to go the distance in this tough race. He's certainly adept at getting on his bike, though his medal chances depend highly on the amount of Russians competing in the event.

Name: Erik Cajelais	Country: Canada	Event: Weightlifting	Name: Phil Hellmuth	Country: USA	Event: All aquatic
Medal chances: In the real Olympics, Cajelais may struggle. In the Poker Olympics, there's no one else we'd pick. Look at him!			Medal chances: He seems glued to Michael Phelps's behind, so he is all but guaranteed a silver medal in all swimming events.

Name: Lex Veldhuis	Country: Netherlands	Event: Kickboxing	Name: Patrik Antonius	Country: Finland	Event: Tennis
Medal chances: After his match against ElkY and the record of the Dutch in kickboxing - pretty good. We're not betting against him - unlike ElkY.			Medal chances: A former semi-pro, Antonius' tennis chops aren't up there with his poker. Is there a H.O.R.S.E. event that isn't equestrian?

Medal chances: With 'the Robin Hood of poker' moniker, who better to take the archery gold? Once he's done robbing the rich (poker players) and giving to the poor (impoverished children), that is.			Medal chances: PokerStrategy.com's live reporter Tobias 'samagain' Block was made for this. Look at him interviewing Phil Galfond for proof of his basketball prowess! It's a slam dunk for Tobi.
