Oleksii Khoroshenin and PokerStrategist 'infinity1000' win big at EPT Vienna
Khoroshenin becomes the first Ukranian to win an EPT title, but PokerStrategist 'infinity1000' wins the biggest prize after a three-way deal.
Both men were the two shortest stacks going into the final table, but quickly gathered momentum and 'infinity1000' dominated the proceedings for most of the 13-hour final.
He was the big chip leader when the final three struck a deal and took the biggest share of the prize pool, but saw a reversal in fortune afterwards when the three played out for the title and remaining €50,000, being eliminated in third place.
After defeating Anthony Ghamrawi heads-up, Oleksii Khoroshenin became the first ever EPT champion from Ukraine.
Next up for the European Poker Tour is their penultimate stop in Sanremo, the Main Event for which begins on Monday April 14.
