One Drop Day 2: Salomon rises as Esfandiari falls
Day 2 of this year's WSOP One Drop event saw the reigning champion fall and Pamela Anderson's husband dominate.

The former boyfriend of Paris Hilton and Pamela Anderson's husband, Rick Salomon, is currently leading this year's $1 million One Drop event.
In a surprising twist of fate, Salomon managed to dominate the action and outlast the likes of Sam Trickett, Phil Ivey and defending champion Antonio Esfandiari on a turbulent second day of play.
The amateur player might not be the most skilled player left in the tournament, but he was able to run some impressive bluffs against the likes of Christoph Vogelsang on his way to a 23,575,000 chip stack.
While Day 2 proved profitable for Salomon the biggest story of the day was the demise of Antonio Esfandiari. Despite entering the second session with a healthy stack, Antonio endured a turbulent ride which saw him flirt with elimination before grinding back into a top five position.
Ultimately, however, he couldn't keep pace with the field and bowed out just before the final table after a desperate all-in with 
was met with a call by Tobias 'pokernoob' Reinkemeier holding 
.
As the board ran out 
a disappointed Antonio acknowledged the applause of the crowd before exiting stage left.
With time running out on Day 2 the organisers decided to call a halt to the action on the bubble and just one player away from the official final table of eight.
Despite a number of protests the decision was out of the WSOP's control so the action will resume tomorrow with nine hopefuls still in with a chance of banking the $15,306,668 top prize.
