die ist leider aus mitte mai nach dem BF.
Wie sieht es denn für alle getrackten Full Tilt Spieler mit Umtracking zu Stars seitens Pokerstrategy aus? ... Nur mal so nachgefragt, denn ich mag mich nicht so recht darauf verlassen, dass Full Tilt seine Lizenz irgendwann zurück bekommt.

Media Release
Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC) has today issued Hearing Notices under Regulation 46 of its Regulations to Vantage Ltd, Oxalic Ltd, Filco Ltd and Orinic Ltd, collectively trading as FULL TILT POKER.
In addition, AGCC has issued Suspension Notices under Regulation 47 to the above named companies requiring them to suspend all operations with immediate effect.
The decision to suspend these licenses follows a special investigation prompted by the indictments unsealed by US Attorney General’s Office in the Southern District of New York on 15 April 2011, during which grounds were found to indicate that these licensees and their business associates were operating contrary to Alderney legislation. The nature of the findings necessitated the taking of immediate action in the public interest.
Andre Wilsenach, the Executive Director of the Alderney Gambling Control Commission says: ‘The decision to suspend the eGambling licence was in the public interest and, because of the seriousness and urgency of the matter, it required that immediate action be taken ahead of the regulatory hearing.’

kann man sich bei fulltilt.fr noch anmelden? seine br dahin transferieren und auscashen? weiß da einer bescheid?
Problem an der Sache ist halt, dass erst am 27. Juli die erste Anhörung ist, bis dahin dürfen die überhaupt keine Transaktionen vornehmen, wenn wir Glück haben kriegen wir dann unser Geld irgendwann im Herbst zurück, aber wer weiß schon was in so nem Lizenzvertrag für Klauseln drinstehn.
Ich geh ma davon aus, dass FT die Kacke nicht übersteht, insolvent geht und die Guthaben ausbezahlen muss.

der fail ist, dass sie das als update der heutigen ereignisse kennzeichnen, es aber ein altes zitat mit anderem kontext ist

Das ist ja keine Globale Lizenz, sondern ne Ami Lizenz. und FT ist obv n Unternehmen mit Sitz in USA.versteh ?
das hat doch nichts mit den usa zu tun?
warum verteilt agcc eigentlich lizenzen in aruba?

Zumindest funzt die website noch, allerdings auch mit dem Hinweis auf Wartungsarbeiten.
Mein Beileid!
Welch massiver Druck muss da ausgeübt worden sein, dass so eine weltweit anerkannte Behörde wie die AGCC, die sicher gar nicht auf der Seite von FT steht, einen solchen Schritt vollzieht? Da muss schon sehr massiv was im Argen liegen.
Hoffentlich entwickelt sich das jetzt nicht zu einer Massenpanik, so dass viele Spiele ihr Geld auch von anderen Sites abziehen und diese dann auch noch in Schwierigkeiten bringen...
