Problema con la actualizacion HM2

si a mi me paso con la version que sacaron para zoom poker en pokerstars.es
no tuvo areglo esa version no funciono al final , mande un monton de mensajes y nada de nada , no me dieron una solucion validad, ahora bien depende de que version tengas tu.

me contestaron al correo, me han dicho que siga unos pasos y tal y que borre unos archivos pero windows no me deja entrar en una carpeta

me dice acceso denegado

edito: ya lo he arreglado pero no me pregunteis como porque realmente no lo se :fuuu: :fuuu:

a mi me ha pasado lo mismo,no se si te perdio todos los reports y no te arrancaba bien que es lo que me paso a mi.Yo tuve que clikar el HMAdvisory que esta en la pagina de inicio(la pestaña roja)y me mandaron una database que tuve que hacer un Backup y luego borrarla.Despues fui a la pagina de HM y me dijeronn que descargase el free trial e instalarlo y luego me funciono.Espero que te ayude.si tienes problemas estare al tanto para intentar ayudarte.

mmmmm entonces mejor no lo actualizo y le pongo que me recuerde hasta la siguiente update?

hola, ayer salio una actualiacion para el HM2 pues lo actualice y ahora me sale que la vuelva a lo vuelva a registrar, pero no me reconoce el serial o algo asi

a alguien mas le a pasado??

Puede pedir el serial otra vez, muchas veces pasa eso. Para poder meterlo y que no de error tienes que resetear la serial desde la pagina de Hm.

despues de arreglarlo, vuelvo a arrancar hoy otra vez el HM2 y me volvio a pasar lo mismo, pero ya se como arreglarlo, viene todo en el enlace que postea este compañero, espero no tener que hacerlo siempre
