Well rare for me, anyway.
Drawing 2 increases your chance of getting two pair slightly but decreases your overall chance of improving.
Here I did it for a few reasons:
 To be seen drawing 2 to a pair. This helps get paid off when holding trips
 To keep a high kicker in case he is holding AAxxx
 To rep trips and therefore help the OOP player make the decision to x/c with his two pair of flush draw.
 Opponent has been known to draw 2 when holding a pair.

tbh I had completely left out the possibility of improving to a better two pair...
