Is my river bet too large to get value from weaker pairs?

With made flushes and made straights both possible, pretty much any bet would likely get any 1-pair and even a lot of two-pair hands to fold.

I would size up on flop and turn. You can easy raise at least 12c on the flop and as played 20c on turn. This way you get more value and protection. River I would most likely just call. Villains line is weird, but you don't want to face most likely a min 3bet if he/she has a monster. Villain needs to over play top pair or something like that to make a raise profitable.

looks ok postflop but its a fold pre.

if you wanna play AT off , I like more raise preflop.

If you raising flop , try bigger size, in this case not 0.06 but something like 0.12, even more 0.16 , same on turn when you raising max possible size.

I think it's villain depended, but hero gets a nice prize for only 2bb. Also villain is on the short side and that makes the impied odds bad and you could be dominated indeed. 3betting is also an option, but against a unknown I wouldn't do it.

Preflop I would fold
As played I would raise a bit more, like 2/3 - 3/4 pot
OTT I would just call (which might not be correct) and evaluate on the river

I expect you could miss value if you call the turn and you want to protect your hand as well and villains min bet makes no sense at all.

True, I guess this is my leak I should work on.
I would be scared by flush unnecessarily.

I would fold preflop. Calling here is never an option, even vs very loose opens, you set up a perfect squeeze for BTN/SB/BB and you can't call with ATo to a 3bet really. I would either 3bet to isolate the fish if you have the reads you are ahead of his range, if you don't then just fold pre is the correct play.
As played, raise bigger on flop and turn, and just call river.
