HI guys!

This is my first hand I post for the forum ever. I started to play after 5 years of break, so I try to play according to cinfident91's beginner course.

Only thing I noticed about my opponent that he's played very loose and agressive, seemd like a fish for me.

PokerStars, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 6 players

UTG: $2.16 (108 bb)
MP: $2.09 (105 bb)
CO (Hero): $2.00 (100 bb)
BU: $3.24 (162 bb)
SB: $2.00 (100 bb)
BB: $2.30 (115 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with K A
2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.05, 1 fold, SB calls $0.04, BB calls $0.03

Flop: ($0.15) T 3 3 (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($0.15) J (3 players)
SB checks, BB bets $0.02, Hero calls $0.02, SB folds

River: ($0.19) Q (2 players)
BB bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40

Flop:
According to the beginner course, I didn't cbet my overcards against two opponents.

Turn:
The turn gave me some outs for a straight, so my plan was checkbehind or call a smaller bet.

River:
I hit my straight, however because of the paired board I decided not to raise.

My opponent literally played every second hand, so I could not set a range for him.

My questions are:
1, Should I raise on river and even call a shove?
2, Does my line make any sense or I should bet earlier in the hand?

I can't wait to read your opininons! :f_drink:

I usually bet small on dry flop and I get folds a lot even vs two player if they are oop.

If called by one then I would Cbet turn and go 142% pot or 75% pot on river.

As played, I would raise 3x on river vs his donk. I never see myself getting 3bet here. If he shoves on me then I'm tank/calling.

Hi LahtiPelican
Although it is only the nuts as you say, there is a bit more to it that just our hand strength.

How likely is it that villain has the nuts?
For that to happen, villain would need to hold T3,J3,Q3 or TT,JJ,QQ

If villain held any of those combos, he would have bet earlier.
(or should have bet earlier)

For those reasons, I agree with Dr1fter808

All the best,
VS
