Is my thinking poor or is the theory poor? These are 2 different things here. One can think in terms of science and literature while others rather make assumptions in which both can work well if they are successful. However, I prefer science since it doesn't judge anyone. Rather, science will always keep asking questions and strive for advancement.
I don't quite understand this. You specifically said that "My thinking is..." so is this your thinking or did you just explain what the book said because you do not have a clue how things work?
What two things? Science&literature and assumptions? I don't understand what you mean..
If you prefer science and literature you should be able to think critically and search information from multiple sources.
Have you heard about stealing and defending? If you have and you read something that says you should limp JTs, then some alarms should go off imo.
And how did we come up with the idea that JTs has the same value than 72o?
